REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

  • Standard (non-custom) products can be returned within 30 days after you receive them, if in original, unused condition, with packaging and tags intact.

  • Customized or modified watches are not eligible for returns.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately so we can assign the correct return address.

  • For exchanges due to damage, we won’t charge extra (for valid claims).

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within ~10 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer free worldwide shipping, with import duties and taxes included — you shouldn’t see extra fees upon delivery.

  • Order timeline:

    1. Assembly & testing: 2–7 business days (custom orders may take extra). 

    2. Shipping time: 4–8 business days, depending on location. 

    3. Total delivery window: 7–15 business days under normal conditions. 

  • Delivery times may vary by country.

  • After your item ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

  • If you don’t receive the confirmation/tracking email within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us. 

WARRANTY POLICY

  • Effective date: February 5, 2024. 

  • We cover the motion/mechanics and watch functionality under normal use, for products purchased from us or our authorized retailers.

  • What the warranty covers:
     1. Defects in materials or workmanship under standard use.
     2. Parts & labor to repair those defects.
     3. Watch movements failing without external interference.

  • Warranty period: 2 years from the date of original purchase.

  • Exclusions (not covered):
     - Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect or alteration.
     - Damage from unauthorized modifications or opening the case.
     - Failure to follow instructions/manual.
     - Normal wear & tear (scratches, color changes).
     - Water damage or full submersion (unless you have upgraded water resistance).

  • How to claim:
     1. Email us xx@gmail.com with a description of the problem.
     2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt).
     3. You pay shipping to us; if the claim is valid, we’ll cover the return shipping.
     4. Once we receive the watch, we inspect it and notify you about status or resolution. 

  • Liability limits:
     We’re not liable for incidental or consequential damages. All implied warranties are limited to the explicit warranty period. 

  • Policy updates:
     We reserve the right to amend this warranty policy. Changes will be published on our site and take effect immediately.
