WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Moddys Custom Watches, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every watch we produce. Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident in your purchase and supported if an issue arises. This document explains what our warranty covers and how to request service.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • Coverage: Our warranty includes the watch movement and overall functionality, as long as the watch was purchased directly from Moddys Custom Watches or one of our authorized retailers.

The Warranty Includes

  1. Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  2. The parts and labor required to fix those defects.

  3. Movements that have stopped working, provided they have not been tampered with or exposed to misuse.

  • Warranty period: 2 years from the date of the original purchase.

  • What’s covered: Any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during this period. We will repair or replace the defective product or part at no cost to you.

  • What’s not covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration).

Additional exclusions include:

  • Opening the case or attempting repairs yourself.

  • Failure to follow the product manual or care instructions.

  • Water damage or submersion (unless the watch has been upgraded for water resistance).

How to Request Warranty Service

  2. Provide proof of purchase: You’ll need to send us a receipt or invoice showing the original purchase date.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product to us. If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping of the repaired or replacement watch.

  4. Service process: Once we receive your watch, we will inspect it and get back to you within a reasonable timeframe with an update.

Limitation of Liability

Moddys Custom Watches is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages that result from using the product or from any breach of this warranty. This warranty is limited to the terms stated above. Your rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction.

Updates to This Warranty

We reserve the right to update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website and take effect immediately.
